Assistant Childcare Manager
The Rainbow Castle, Portlaoise are looking for a self- starter who is interested in learning and working in a fast-paced environment.
Duties and responsibilities:
- To assist in managing the day to day organisation of the centre
- Working closely with the Director of the centre
- Maintain all record as required by Pobal and TUSLA
- Produce presentations, reports and composing correspondence
- Maintain the HR files
- Organise workflow and ensuring that employees understand their duties and responsibilities
- Monitor employee performance and providing feedback
- On board new recruits and train in our policies and procedures
- Coordinate staff meetings
- Act as minute taker in meetings when required
- Responsible for developing our social media content
Requirements:
- Minimum FETAC level 6 or higher in Childcare
- Proven experience as supervisor or manager
- Excellent computer skills
- Experience in office administration
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
