Staff Wanted – Little Treasures Portlaoise

Little Treasures Preschool Portlaoise are looking to fill the following vacancies:

Job Title 1: ECCE Room Leader candidate must have the following:

Minimum Level 7 or level 8 Honours Degree
Excellent Interpersonal and Communication skills.
Experience in leading and demonstrating professional practice in mentoring staff, implementing inspections with TUSLA, POBAL and the Department of Education and Skills.
Good knowledge and understanding of adhering to policies and procedures.

Hours: (Full Time)

Roles and Responsibilities:

Ensuring the individual needs of children are identified and met.
Leading an ECCE Preschool Room and developing an emergent based curriculum.
Completing learning journals and observations on individual key children.
Adhering to company policies, procedures and operational practices at all times. Ensuring positive working relationships are developed and maintained with children, staff, parents and carers.
