This position will be in an Educator & supervisor capacity to oversee the delivery of a high quality Early Years Service, ensuring adherence to best practices in Early Education and Care. Candidates must have a good knowledge of Aistear and Síolta to ensure child development needs are met. Work in conjunction with management in reviewing practices to maintain and enhance quality standards. Build relationships with parents to maintain effective communication. Promote a Best Practice culture ensuring compliance with staffing requirements and provide leadership to maintain professional standards. Stay informed on policy changes and ensure readiness for inspections. Have some knowledge of NCS, ECCE schemes.

The ideal candidate would preferably have some experience in a leadership/supervisory role.
Pay scale will be determined by qualification level and previous experience.

All candidates must hold an Early Childhood qualification as recognised by DCEDIY.
