Crosspatrick National School (E41 EK57) is a rural two teacher school, situated in Crosspatrick Village, Co. Kilkenny which is close in proximity to the Co. Tipperary and Co. Laois borders. The school has an abundance of space for outdoor play areas.
The Board of Management of Crosspatrick National School, are seeking expressions of interest from parties in leasing a facility on the school grounds to operate a Breakfast Club, Pre-School and Afterschool facility on a 10 month basis per year. Any arrangement will be subject to Diocesan Approval and Formal Leasing Arrangements as per Department of Education and Diocesan Policy.
Subject to meeting all installation and certification requirements, the facility is currently scheduled to be available from September 2025. It would be available to a third-party operator(s) on a licenced basis, for the purpose(s) of running a Breakfast Club, an ECCE funded pre-school in 2025/26 and Afterschool Childcare Service.
Outdoor/Forest School experience would be advantageous
